Photography can take place in our studio, at your company or at another location where your team gathers.

For high-volume photography on location, we can set up a dedicated business portal to simplify scheduling and coordination. Before the photo session, you receive a link to the portal to share with everyone being photographed. Each person chooses a time online and receives practical information, preparation tips and an email reminder. The portal keeps all bookings in one place, so you do not have to create or manage the schedule manually. If needed, the portal can also collect and document employees’ consent to the company’s use of the images when this has not already been handled internally.
